Add-A-Channel
Easily add a three position servo channel to your project.
This circuit lets you add a three position channel with it's own remote control to your project.
Plug the power connector to six volts (or the voltage you want to use for your servo). The ADD-A-CHANNEL receiver runs happily with anywhere from 5 to 9 volts and will pass that voltage along to the servo you plug into the servo connection.
The receiver has full centering and end point adjustments via screwdriver adjustable controls.
Operation: When power is applied, the servo moves to the position set by the center control. This is shown as "SET CENTER POSITION" in the image.
Push button A on the remote and the servo will move to the position as set by the control "SET POSITION A"
Release the button and the servo will go back to the center position.
Push button B on the remote and the servo will move to the position as set by the control "SET POSITION B"
Release the button and the servo will go back to the center position.
Or choose the Latching version
An alternate version of this controller will move the servo to two positions. Push button A and the servo will move to the A position and stay there until button B is pressed, at which point the servo will move to the A position and stay there until the B button is pushed... and the cycle repeats.
